Global Business Exchange Services (GEBS™) is a suite of professional products and services by which the customer and Teralight, Ltd. mutually engage in the development and leveraging of international telecommunications networks and ancillary business market sectors.

Teralight, Ltd. formulates detailed business plans, coordinates our local (in country) representation and contact management, provides comprehensive network design and engineering, and oversees all primary and tertiary in country project management.

Teralight, Ltd. - GEBS™ Service Units

  • Ability to access and leverage Teralight Ltd.'s presence in Dubai, Islamabad, Hong Kong, and London.
  • Prepare Country Market Research Reports for Client Specified markets.
  • Develop PTT Relationships for Client specified markets.
  • Provide customized network design and engineering of wireless (satellite, cellular, WIFI or other), wire line, VoIP and other telecom networking systems. This will include vendor evaluation, selection and negotiation.
  • Represent specific client interests in each specific target maret (i.e. legal, government, trade associations, banking, finance, accounting, call center,
    etc.).
  • Provide project management and implementation.
  • Manufacturer's representation of specific products in targeted markets.
  • Provide monthly newsletter on specific country or regional markets.
  • Attend international trade shows and represent on client's behalf.
  • Provide International sales activities and marketing strategies for customer's products and services in specific country or regional markets.
  • Craft customized business plans for client designated requirements, per format and style either chosen by client or by specific market requirement where a New York Financial community format is the generic default.

Standard Agreements are a minimum six month service term in length.

For each additional country, add the applicable additional Service Units per country or market.
